Personally I don’t commit acts of violence, I may be addicted to nicotine, but unlike alcoholics, cocaine-crack and her0in, I don’t know of any smokers or neo vapers who commit crimes for this enjoyment of smoking or vaping? Sin taxes supposedly due to health risks, unfortunately, that is opinion and it is not SCIENCE. This is victimization of one consumer those that use nicotine. Black Markets started with alcohol prohibition and I guess they just never get it.
