I am posting Dr. Roop’s letter below at his request. He specifically stated his name and contact information be included. I applaud his courage. Aswas the case with the Inquisition, this is system that relies, above all else, on secrecy and silence. Effective “Impression management” requires both the promotion of positive information and suppression of negative information.The “PHP-blueprint” has been effectively propagandized via a congratulatory back-slapping paradeof misinformation. This propaganda barrage includes both exaggeration of the existence anddanger of impaired and incompetent drug addled and misbehavingdoctors inflated capabilities in rooting them out and protecting the pubic from theircollective mayhem. Aimed at the legal, regulatory, administrative and legal arenas of medicine and thegeneral public this moral crusade has flourished without any meaningful opposition. Suppression of negative information is necessary and involves both removing it ( comments critical of PHPs are rapidly removed as spam)…
